Our employees participate in Pandemic Preparedness training annually and have recently been reminded of our procedures that include taking preventative actions such as covering their cough or sneeze, washing hands often, social distancing, staying home if feeling sick, practicing good health habits as well as knowing when they are sick and should go home early if necessary and not returning to work prematurely.
Due to the increasing concern of the coronavirus and following the advice provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we will be limiting access to our Branch lobbies except by appointment only until further notice. Access to our Paris and Paris Landing branches will be limited effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, access to McKenzie, Alamo, and Obion branches will be limited effective Friday, March 20, 2020, and access will to our Jackson branch will be limited effective Monday, March 23, 2020. At this time, we will continue offering Drive-Thru access during regular business hours as well as to 24/7 access to our ATMs. In addition, please remember all the products and services we offer to conveniently conduct your banking from the comfort of your home:

In addition to our Electronic Banking Services mentioned above, all of our Branches have ATMs available to check balances and withdraw cash. Our Paris and Jackson markets have depository ATMs where you can make a cash or check deposit and withdraw cash. Of course our drive-thrus and night deposit are available at our Branch locations. Also, please keep in mind that we have digital document signing capabilities available if necessary.
Lastly, please be aware of the misinformation and the increase in scams via email, phone and social media regarding COVID-19. We are actively assessing and monitoring the virus situation from reliable sources
