At McKenzie Banking Company/Foundation Bank, keeping you safe from fraud is very important to us. Rest assured, you are automatically protected through Shazam’s Debit Card Fraud Protection Plan.

BOLT$

In addition to the automatic Protection Plan, we have an additional layer of protection through an app called BOLT$ that you can download to your phone or from the internet in minutes. BOLT$ notifies you of all transactions happening with your debit card…both card present (for example when you swipe your card at a business) or when you use your debit card for an online purchase).

Important information:

Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. As part of our debit card protection program, when suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will receive a “fraud text”.  For more information about these texts, click here.

In the event of fraud or if your card has been blocked, please call the Fraud Department 24/7,
866-508-2693 in the United States or 515-558-7608 if outside the United States.

NOTE: Don’t forget to notify the Debit Card Representative in your local branch so they can order you a new card.
