Internet Banking

Q: How do I sign up for Internet Banking?
A: Go to Account Access on our webpage and click on Personal or Business Enrollment. Complete the form and click Submit.
Q: Is there a fee for Internet Banking?
A: No. Internet Banking is free.
Q: Is the Password for Internet Banking case sensitive?
A: Yes. However, your User ID and answers to your Challenge Questions are not case sensitive.
Q: What can I do in Internet Banking?
A: You’ll have the ability to check your balances, see images of your checks and deposits, transfer funds between MBC/Foundation accounts, make loan payments and set up alerts and reminders.
Q: What time is the cutoff to make a funds transfer or loan payment through Internet Banking?
A: 2:30 p.m. is the daily cutoff time. Any funds transfers or loan payments made after 2:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Q: What if I forgot my password for Internet Banking?
A: If tried 3 times to login and it was unsuccessful, please call your local Branch for a password reset.
If you haven’t already tried 3 times to login, click on Forgot Your Password on the Password page and then watch your email for a temporary password. The temporary password will expire in 20 minutes from the time you received it in your Inbox.
Q: Why is an unfamiliar Challenge Question appearing after I put in my User ID?
A: When an unfamiliar Challenge Question appears in your Internet Banking login process, that is an indication that the User ID was entered incorrectly. Verify the User ID was entered exactly as it was setup. If you continue to experience problems, then call your local Branch for assistance.

Mobile Banking

Q: How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?
A: First, you must be an Internet Banking customer. Then just download the MBC Foundation Mobile Solution app from iTunes or Google Play Store. Follow the screen prompts and access to all your accounts will be at your fingertips.
Q: Is there a fee for Mobile Banking?
A: Mobile Banking is free to everyone upon approval. If you are a Generation or Generation Gold Checking Account holder, Mobile Deposit is free, otherwise, all other account holders will be charged $1.00 per deposit.
Q: What can I do in Mobile Banking?
A: You can see your account balances, view transactions, transfer money, make loan payments, deposit checks and pay bills (to a company or a person).
Q: What is the cutoff time to make a Mobile Deposit?
A: 2:30 p.m. is the daily cutoff time. Any funds transfers or loan payments made after 2:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Bill Pay

Q: How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
A: Once you are logged into Internet Banking, just click on Bill Pay on the left side bar menu and follow the screen prompts to have access to pay all your bills online.
Q: Is there a fee for Bill Pay?
A: Bill Pay is free to everyone upon approval. If you are a Generation or Generation Gold Checking Account holder, Bill Pay is free, otherwise, all other account holders will be charged $.75 per bill.
Q: What can I do in Bill Pay?
A: Set up all your bills, like your phone, electric, cable, internet and credit cards to be paid conveniently using one login.

eStatements

Q: What are eStatements?
A: eStatements are an electronic version of your monthly bank statement that are accessed by logging into a secure site with a user name and password.
Q: How do I sign up for eStatements?
A: Hover over Solutions, then choose eStatements to download the eStatement Enrollment form. Complete and sign it and return it to your local Branch for processing.

Q: How do I reorder checks?
A: Order your checking online at https://www.OrderMyChecks.com or contact your local branch
Q: How do I order a debit card?
A: Visit or call your local Branch.
