At Foundation Bank, keeping you safe from fraud is very important to us. Rest assured, you are automatically protected through Shazam’s Debit Card Fraud Protection Plan.
In addition to the automatic Debit Card Fraud Protection Plan, we have an additional layer of protection through an app called Brella that you can download to your phone or from the internet in minutes. Brella notifies you of all transactions happening with your debit card…both card present (for example when you swipe your card at a business) or when you use your debit card for an online purchase).

Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. As part of our debit card protection program, when suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will receive a “fraud text”. For more information about these texts, click here.
In the event of fraud or if your card has been blocked, please call the Fraud Department 24/7,
866-508-2693 in the United States or 515-558-7608 if outside the United States.
NOTE: Don’t forget to notify the Debit Card Representative in your local branch so they can order you a new card.
